Our tutu's are hand tied with the best quality tulle in a large variety of colors. The tulle is tied to an elastic waistband to form the skirt. After the tulle is in place, the waist is wrapped in matching satin ribbon in order to hold the tulle correctly in place, and to give the tutu definition and volume. Finally, if you so desire, our tutu's are adorned with silk flowers or fuzzy poufs to give it that Boutique quality and look.
