Do I have to choose from only what is pictured on your website? TOP
No. You can have anything that we make designed to your liking. We try to frequently update and change our website content, but we make so many different items that there is no way we could ever list them all at once. If you don't see what you want on our website, please contact us. Chances are we can get you whatever you want! Can you personalize my item? TOP
Yes. If we can fit letters or words anywhere on your item, then we will personalize it. There are fees associated with embroidered personalization. Will you embroider an item that I already own? TOP
Yes. We will gladly embroider items that you have at home. Contact us so that we can set up delivery of the item to us for personalization. Fees are associated with embroidery. How far will you travel to do a birthday party? TOP
We will travel 30-50 miles from our location in Pace, FL to bring a Princess Flip Flop Party to a customer. However, we do charge for mileage after 25 miles. What is your birthday party guest limit? TOP
We like to keep it under 25 guests. We need at least 2.5 hours to do 25 guests' flip flops, etc... How old do you recommend a child be to have a Flip-n-Bow Party? TOP
We recommend parties for ages 5 years old and up. How long does a custom order take? TOP
It depends. As long as we have all the materials that we need to create the order, then the following time lines apply. We can do up to 6 pair of flip flops per day. We make 2 to 3 jean bags in 1 day. 10 bows or less will be ready for shipping in 2 days. 4 to 6 Tutu's can be ready for shipping in 2 days. Most orders are done within 2 to 3 days or less. If you place a large order, we will certainly give you an estimate of preparation time upon your order. If ever in doubt, please contact us. We will glady update you on the progress of your custom order. Can I come to your shop to pick out my custom order materials? TOP
Yes. If you live near Pace, FL, we will gladly allow you to come choose your materials in person. How well does the base ribbon stay on the flip flops? TOP
We take extra care to apply our ribbon to the flip flops with a commercial grade glue that reaches a very high heat. After applying the ribbon with glue, We reheat the ribbon AND glue with a torch that reaches over 950* in order to melt the ribbon, glue and rubber together. We've been making our flip flops for years without any problems, and we've found that they stand the test of time. (and children!) How do you attach the ribbon to the sundresses? TOP
We sew our sealed ribbon to the sundress with a triple secure stitch in 2 places on EACH ribbon. It's not coming off! Does the cake taste as good as it looks? TOP
Absolutely! It's a recipe handed down in my family for generations, and I wouldn't sell something that tasted bad!
